Joe Stephenson - Physician Assistant

           

  • Graduated from Abilene High School 1972.  Attended Texas Tech, Received, BS, University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Oklahoma City, 1985 through Air Force program.
     
  • Retired Air Force
     
  • Joe has worked in Primary Care, Family Practice, Emergency medicine, and since 1996 exclusively in Orthopedics.
     
  • After retiring from the Air Force, Joe did an on the job specialization training at Orthopedic Institute of Illinois.
     
  • Joe returned to Abilene to work with Dr. McDonough and be closer to family.
     
  • Interests: hunting, golf, gardening, and dabbling around the kitchen
